The Court case OA-No. 827 of 2010 after a long fight. has been heard and ordered in the Kolkata High Court dated on 23rd March in 2019 in the Court of Ho'ble Dipankar Dutta and Saugata Bhattacharya with a great hearty Result for a List of 446 Workers and secondly a list of 95 for hearing.  That total Numbers of workers last hearing is Ready for movement under Custody of Kolkata High Court at any time, at Present.
